Hey 1C! :D short reminder, NO VULGARITIES ON THE BLOG. some of you keep saying them :p and, i've just told miss chan the class blog, she MIGHT me visiting. andd, i just gave mikail the 1c blog account info, so if i dont post, is he post :D haha.

anyway, TESTS! :p

1st march, there'll be a science test from 2.30-3.15pm. please stay back. you'll be tested on theme 1, what is science (whole book) and theme 2, survivial (till FILTRATION.)

11 march, there'll be a maths test in school time, same time as the 1st maths level test. you'll be tested on area and scale and chapter 1 (factors and multiples) calculators are allowed.



and, OUR CLASS PASSED OUR 1ST MATHS LEVEL TEST! :D YAY US!

for those who did well, keep up the good job :D for those who didnt meet their expectations, cheer up! do better for the 2nd maths level test :D

A1-Welfare Commitee is thinking of an outing for March Holiday.

Targeted Outings (Choose): - BBQ (East Coast Park)
- Escape Theme Park

Targeted Date (Choose) - 14March, 16 March, 18 March, 21 March

I will go to each person in class tomorrow, 22 Feb and ask three questions

1. Do you want to go outing in March Holiday?
(Yes- continue answer 2 and 3), (No-no need answer 2 and 3)

2. Where do you want to go, BBQ or Escape Theme Park?
(Either yes or no, go to question 3)

3. Which date are you free, 14 March, 16 March, 18 March, 21 March)

We will try to go the place where most of us prefer and the date when most of us are free.

A2- This is not really an announcement... It is more of like a request...

1C, please don't stress out Marcus, our class chairman.
Please try helping him... I am requesting you this...
I ask you one question.

Do you want a good class chairman like Marcus or a bad class chairman? Think about it!

(If my spelling of "commitee" is wrong, please let me know! :D)

As you know, there are 8 leaders in the class, class chairman, vice-class chairman, welfare rep, sports rep, av rep, environment rep, cip rep and treasurer.

There is altogether 6 commitees except from class chairman and vice-class chairman who are Marcus Tan and Rachel Wong respectively.

6 Commitees are
- Treasurers' Commitee
- Environment Commitee
- Welfare Commitee
- Sports Commitee
- C.I.P Commitee
- AV Commitee

Ms Chan actually wants to assign all of the other 33 students to be in one of the commitee.
So, Ms Chan divided 33 into 6 Commitee... Each commitee does not have same number of member as: example: Treasures' Commitee doesn't need too many people... and Environment, CIP and Welfare Commitee need quite a lot people.

So, Here is how Ms Chan divided:
I assigned the people based on my analysis on what they can do for the commitee

As a class welfare representative, I have to make the class bonded....
Seems like you guys are not really bonded yet...
Some fight, some bully, some make fun of others, etc.....
I don't think it is a good act...
We are a class... We will be together for 2 years...
If you are doing this just only two months from when we met, how are we going to stand together for 2 years...?
I know I'm also one of those who are in quarrel sometimes, but
Why don't we start changing from now on and stand as a class?

-go to somewhere and hear the background music (eg: macdonald, airport, subway etc.) refer to handout! it's a report btw.

-take pic of you and fridge, exchange with a partner and list out the advantages/disadvantages etc of at least 5 food in the person's fridge. ps: remember to print out the pic and paste on drawing block.
