A1-Welfare Commitee is thinking of an outing for March Holiday.

Targeted Outings (Choose): - BBQ (East Coast Park)
- Escape Theme Park

Targeted Date (Choose) - 14March, 16 March, 18 March, 21 March

I will go to each person in class tomorrow, 22 Feb and ask three questions

1. Do you want to go outing in March Holiday?
(Yes- continue answer 2 and 3), (No-no need answer 2 and 3)

2. Where do you want to go, BBQ or Escape Theme Park?
(Either yes or no, go to question 3)

3. Which date are you free, 14 March, 16 March, 18 March, 21 March)

We will try to go the place where most of us prefer and the date when most of us are free.

A2- This is not really an announcement... It is more of like a request...

1C, please don't stress out Marcus, our class chairman.
Please try helping him... I am requesting you this...
I ask you one question.

Do you want a good class chairman like Marcus or a bad class chairman? Think about it!
What if Marcus resigned? We may fall into a bad class chairman.
I am not referring to anyone... Please think about it..

A3- I can see much improvement in class bonding... Please keep it up.. and better!

A4- Welfare commitee has grouped the class into 10 groups for absentees.

I think it is as following (This is just temporary grouping)
*G6, G7 and G9 should be correct*
*First person in each G are the group leaders... from Welfare Commitee*

G1 - Phyo, Rachel Wong, Yan Peng, Yi Kang
G2 - Kishen, Matthew, Ashwath, Jeremy
G3 - Justin, Zi Hui, Victor, Kevin
G4 - Daryl, Raymond, Steven, Noel
G5 - Tze An, Chia Yik, Amzar, Mikail
G6 - Alvin, Hadi, Hong Fu, Glen
G7 - Rachel Lim, Isabel, Yu Wan, Rae, Jin Wen
G8 - Flicka, Vivienne, Nabil, Shaun
G9 - Indah, Raudha, Nuralisa, Marini
G10- Chai Puay, Marcus, Sok Hoon, Hazel

Example: Let me use G7.
Let's say Isabel is absent. So either Rachel Lim, Yu Wan, Rae or Jin Wen, each of them have to help Isabel catch up her work and help to keep the worksheet for her... Rachel Lim will think how to do it... Got it??

The same goes to other group... Don't forget it..
If anyone doesn't want to do it in a group, come and tell me...
